Once all the paperwork is complete, we’ll walk through your home with you, room by room, to create a comprehensive list of items that need to be decluttered, furniture that should be moved or put into storage, and together, we’ll determine whether we need to bring in a professional stager for certain rooms or the entire property.
In New York City, unless the property is vacant, we typically don’t need a full stager. Instead, we often bring in artwork and small furniture pieces from our own collection to complement the pieces you already have in your space—this is a service we offer for free. However, if your property is vacant and we do need a stager, we will arrange for multiple staging companies to provide us with quotes. Once we select a stager, you would handle payment directly with the staging company for their services.
