This should be done the day before or the morning of the photography appointment. We want your home to look its best, especially in high-traffic areas like the kitchen and bathrooms. Nothing turns a potential buyer off more than a dirty or unkempt home.
If you prefer not to clean your home yourself, we’d recommend to hire a trusted cleaning service over to do the work.
Please note that all staging and repairs should be completed before the cleaning takes place. Once the cleaning is done, we ask that you do your best to maintain a clean home going forward, as first impressions are key.
